The achievements window shows you what your progress is for the various achievements. You can get rewards by doing the achievements. You can collect them by pressing the big green ‘collect’ button that appears next to the achievement when the reward is ready to collect. In addition to the rewards, you'll also unlock a sticker, one for each step of the achievement for a total of 3.
