Currently, avatar body shapes are not customisable due to the technology that we use in the game. We’re limited because if we were to bring in different body shapes, pretty much every single one of the existing clothing items in the game would have to be redesigned for each new body shape. This is because our technology can’t just fit existing clothing items to new body shapes, which as you can probably see is problematic because at the moment there’s over 2000 clothing items in the Hotel!

Saying this, we’re continuously improving our technology, and we hope that one day in the future we will be able to introduce different body shapes.
