The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) allows you to see all the information that companies collect on you during the use of their product. For Hotel Hideaway, this means that you'll be able to see your chat logs, the times you have logged in, and any items you've bought etc.

You can also choose to have all this information removed from our service. However, if you choose to do this, it will delete all the information including any avatars you have.
