Hotel Hideaway aims to foster a positive and enjoyable experience for its players. We do not allow language, or content that involves detailed or graphic representations of sexual activities, discussions, or related subjects, including:

• Sexual harassment, Sexual violation or threats 
• Sexual favors
• Giving out links to, or offering to send, pornographic material
• Asking for, or taking part in webcam nudity/sex

Personal Identifying Information

In order to safeguard privacy and ensure safety, players might be restricted from sharing their own personal information or seeking personal details and unique identifiers of others on Hotel Hideaway. This includes:

• Sharing  personal email address 
• Requesting  webcam contact or  photos
• Sharing any personal, identifiable information
• Accounts passwords 
• Sharing Financial information including credit cards and bank account details
• Sharing other player's identifiable information or pictures
• Attempts to meet other players in real life 

Harassment

Engaging in threats of real-world or online harm, encouraging violence towards individuals or property, bullying, stalking, trolling, harassment, intimidation, extortion, and blackmail are strictly prohibited on Hotel Hideaway. Additionally, any content that portrays, celebrates, or endorses such behavior is not allowed,including: 

• Physical threats 
• Roleplaying extreme violence 
• Threats to 'hack' other players
• Harassment in via social media accounts
• Sending excessive amounts of gifts to annoy or abuse another player
• Cyberbullying
• Doxxing
• Group coordination of harassment against the another player 
• Threat against players or staff
• Creating multiple new accounts and harrassing players with different accounts
• Impersonating individuals, groups, or entities, in manner that could harm their reputation
• Threatening to harm someone in real life
• Revealing or threatening to reveal others’ personal information
• Using misspellings, special characters, or other methods to evade detection of profanity

Hate speech

Hotel Hideaway values and embraces players of diverse ages, backgrounds and identities. Content or behavior endorsing, glorifying, or promoting hate groups, their ideologies, or actions is strictly prohibited. Discrimination, mockery, or the promotion of hatred towards individuals or groups, as well as any encouragement of such behavior, is not allowed, directly or indirectly, based on factors such as:

• Age
• Race, perceived race, or ethnicity
• National origin
• Sexual orientation
• Gender, gender identity, or gender expression
• Religion or religious affiliation or beliefs
• Status related to disabilities, encompassing illnesses, physical conditions, deformities, challenges in mobility, and mental impairments
• Physical or mental disability status
• Family situation

Disruption & Scripting

We do not allow players to take actions that intentionally interfere with the normal flow, enjoyment, or fairness of the game experience. This includes activities like: 

• Commercial advertising 
• Disruptive tricks 
• Deliberate screen flooding
• Disrupting official events 
• Organized raids 
• Scripting, using automated programs to gain unfair advantages, cheat or disrupt the balance of the game.
• Sharing exploits with others or encouraging others to cheat
• Selling items with misleading or inaccurate descriptions
• Misrepresenting your real or virtual world identity in an effort to mislead others
• Using exploits to gain an unfair advantage anywhere on the platform
• Attempting to access another player’s account without their authorization
• Posting misleading links for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to others’ accounts or information.

Suicide and Self Harm

At Hotel Hideaway, we take the well-being of our players seriously. We reserve the right to collaborate with authorities if there are credible threats of self-harm. Our platform strictly prohibits any content or behavior that depicts, glorifies, or encourages suicide, self-injury, or real-world activities that pose a significant risk of physical harm, including:

• Providing details about methods for suicide or self-harm
• Content that celebrates, supports, or depicts instances or methods of suicide or self-harm
• Engaging in dangerous physical challenges or stunts in the real world

Scamming

Engaging in scamming activities, such as deceiving or defrauding other players, is strictly prohibited on our platform, This includes:

• Creating rooms or groups with the intention to scam 
• Password phishing tricks
• Impersonating staff or trustworthy individuals with the intention to steal accounts or gain access to valuable in-game assets. 
• Offer fake or misleading in-game items, currency or trades to exploit the trust of other players
• Promising rewards or in-game items via fake giveaways

Endangering minors 

This game enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against actions that pose a threat to minors, including:

• Any predatory conduct, such as befriending a minor with the intent to manipulate and exploit (e.g., grooming).
• Sexualizing minors in any manner.
• Initiating sexual discussions with or soliciting explicit material from minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or discussing materials related to the exploitation of children

Terms & Conditions Violation 

• Promoting the use of illegal drugs 
• Fundraising for terrorist or extremist organizations, people, or supporting groups
• Expressing support, condoning, or glorifying terrorist extremist ideologies or actions
• Expressing support, condoning, or glorifying mass shootings and other acts of domestic terrorism or violent extremism
• Admitting to, or attempting to engage in credit card fraud, hacking, keylogging, password phishing, illegal use of telephone systems 
• Offering images or sharing links to sites of child pornography
• Attempting to sell drugs to players 
• Predatory behavior 
• Selling/ buying a Hideaway account 
• Sharing log-in information in Hideawayor on any other platform 
• Partial links, filter-breaking, and permitted website links to non-permitted websites
• Encouraging others to visit unpermitted external links
• Using bots that are programmed to run disruptive tasks, game, events
• Sharing account with other players
• Failing to meet the minimum age requirement  for Hotel Hideaway
• Repeatedly engage in content and actions that violate these Terms and Conditions, our community rules, and relevant legal regulations
• Use the reporting mechanisms available within the Service, which allow users to contact us, for complaints/reports that are clearly and frequently unfounded.

Inappropriate Name

• Sexually explicit room or group names 
• Room or group names promoting drugs 
• Room or group names which abuse other players
• Hideaway user names created to abuse or mislead others 
• Sexually explicit Hideaway user names   or Hideaway user names created to promote drug use

Perm bans

Behaviors that significantly violate community standards, disrupt the gaming environment, or pose serious threats to the well-being of players are not tolerated and will warrant a permanent ban. This includes: 

• Asking for, or taking part in webcam nudity/sex 
• Sharing other player's identifiable information or pictures 
• Group coordination of Harassment against the other players 
• Threatening players or staff 
• Creating new account and harassing other players with alternate accounts
• Doxxing
• Organized raids
• Scripting
• Using exploits to gain an unfair advantage anywhere on the platform 
• Sharing exploits with others or encouraging others to cheat selling items with misleading or inaccurate descriptions 
• Misrepresenting your real or virtual world identity in an effort to mislead others 
• Attempting to access another player’s account without their authorization 
• Posting misleading links for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to others’ accounts or information, 
• Simple password phishing tricks
• Stealing furni/credits directly from another player's account 
• Giving out links to sites obviously meant for password phishing or scamming
• Trying to scam players
• Impersonating staff or mods with the intention to abuse,scam, or trick other players
• Promoting the use of illegal drugs
• Admitting to, or attempting to, engage in credit card fraud, hacking, keylogging, password phishing, illegal use of telephone systems ,

• Refunding a purchase

• Using bots that are programmed to run disruptive tasks, game, events
• Sharing account with others
• Trading a Hideawayaccount for furni or other items
• Hotel Hideaway user names/ room / groups / events created to abuse, hurt or mislead others 
• Sexually explicit Hideaway user names / rooms / events / groups  
• Hideaway user/ rooms / events / groups created to promote drug use
• Failing to meet the minimum age requirement 

Unban reasons:

• False positive:

  • If the system mistakenly flagged your account. After a thorough review, if we find no evidence of cheating, your account could be unbanned.

• Account compromise:

  • If our system detected unusual activity on your account, indicating a possible compromise. After securing your account, we may lift the ban.

• Appealing a suspension:

  • We understand that mistakes can happen and you may have used some words you did not intend to harm anyone. After reviewing our full chat we may give you a second chance.

• Bug exploitation:

  • If your account is banned due to a system bug.

• Return of funds: 

  •  In the event of a successful resolution of a chargeback resulting in the return of funds, the account may be unbanned.

• Lack of evidence:

  • If there is insufficient or no concrete evidence supporting the initial ban.

• Mistaken identity:

  •  If the ban was a result of mistaken identity or an error, the account may be unbanned after it’s verified..
