The Hotel Hideaway Ambassadors program is something we’ve launched to make our community even more helpful and welcoming. As part of the program, hand-picked guests will be given a special Ambassador profile page (pictured below) that clearly shows they’re there to help you as a member of the Hideaway community.
Hotel Hideaway Ambassadors are there to help you with making friends, learning about gestures and stickers, and to just be a friendly face all round! Initially, Ambassadors will be English, French and Spanish speakers, but we plan to roll this out to other languages as soon as we can.
Hotel Hideaway Ambassadors are not moderators, so cannot help with any issues related to room names, bullying or reports you’ve submitted. Please continue using the report button, or contacting the helpdesk for any issues relating to this.
