The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) allows you to see all the information that companies collect on you during the use of their product. For Hotel Hideaway, this means that you'll be able to see your chat logs, the times you have logged in, and any items you've bought etc.

You can also choose to have all this information removed from our service. However, if you choose to do this, it will delete all the information including any avatars you have.

You are able to request your information yourself. 

1. Tap the symbol with three white lines with the orange background in the lower right corner.
2. Tap settings. 
3. Tap Account Data.
4. Press the ‘Request All Account Data’ to gain access to all the information Hotel Hideaway holds on you. This can take up to 30 days to get to you.  
5. Press Delete Account to permanently delete all information. This is permanent, and cannot be undone. This can take up to 30 days to happen and can be cancelled during the process. 
6. You are able to change your privacy settings here as well.
